Not having a fleet program is putting my company drivers at risk. This advertising was fraud. Our agreement has been breached.
THE FALSE ADVERTISING the idea of what the company and their equipment would do. Samsara never did their part to run logs to see if it was working.
The coaching features do not work as advertised. Heat from your windshield will interfere with its performance entirely, promise of future equipment being developed which never came to be available.

Return shipments are fairly painless. Garage guys have minimal issues with installs.
The customer service and account management is the absolute worst I have ever experienced by any vendor I have ever dealt with in any line of work.

6 months of trying to straighten out being overbilled for 4 extra units and it's impossible. Samsara shut my system down until I paid for my units and the 4 units I am not using and being over billed for. No one there can help you.

Unprofessional team of sales people who are only worried about the sale and nothing us. Was promised a buyout and communication with Verizon from Samsara which never took place. Now six months later still not able to get anything resolved, have no point of contact, and just get bounced around from one person to another. Responses are few and far between. Now having issues with GPS units themselves but of course no one will respond to us. Never provided onboarding or training.

Horrible Unethical Company that Just wants your Money
HORRIBLE, we left our previous ELD company due to awful service and unethical treatment as a customer. Samsara promised to be a good business partner and has done nothing but fall short.
The Product is somewhat simple and not to hard to use however the app will put drivers on duty when they take them off duty.
The most disgusting part about this software is the team behind it. DO NOT purchase this software.
